OTT was born from a simple frustration - finding everyday food that felt genuinely good to eat and easy to live with. Not over-processed, not overly precious, and definitely not soulless. We believe the best things come from real ingredients, thoughtful cooking, and flavours that speak for themselves. Everything we make - from our jars to our bakes - is designed to be comforting, balanced, and a little over the top in the best way. Because good food should fit into real life and still feel special.

Our Story

OTT was launched in 2021 by Tanaya Sharma (Founder & CEO) and Ravi Shukla (Co-Founder & Chef Partner).

The brand was born from Tanaya’s own health journey - living with endometriosis, PCOS, insulin resistance, and pre-diabetic conditions - which made it difficult to find treats that were both delicious and genuinely good for the body. What began in her kitchen as necessity soon became a purpose - to make nourishment joyful.

At OTT, everything is handcrafted in small batches using clean, locally sourced ingredients. There are no preservatives, additives, or refined ingredients - we sweeten only with organic jaggery. With Ravi’s culinary expertise and a produce-first approach, our nut butters, preserves, bakes, and snacklets celebrate flavour while supporting varied dietary needs, including vegan and gluten-free.

OTT sets out to redefine indulgence - proving that comfort food can be thoughtful, transparent, and crafted with care.
