1. Product Information
All products are handmade in small batches using high-quality ingredients.
Natural variation in colour, texture, or flavour may occur.
2. Orders & Availability
All orders are subject to product availability.
If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and offer a replacement or refund.
3. Pricing
Prices are inclusive/exclusive of taxes (as applicable).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship pan-India. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days depending on your location.
Delays caused by couriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control.
5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
As we sell perishable goods, we do not accept returns.
If your order is damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours with photographs.
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, unless already dispatched.
6. Allergies & Consumption
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient and allergen information before purchasing or consuming products.
7. Payment
We accept major payment methods offered on our website.
Orders are confirmed only once payment is received.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, including product descriptions, images, branding, and website design, is the property of OTT - Over The Top and may not be used without permission.
