Are your products preservative-free?
Yes! Everything at OTT is made in small batches with clean, real ingredients and no preservatives, additives or refined sugar (unless specified).
Are your products vegan?
Many of them are. Our Plant-Based Butters, Granolas, Sprinkles, Orange Loaf, and several snacks are fully vegan. Cookies and Bundts vary - vegan/GF options are clearly labelled.
Are your products gluten-free?
Some are naturally gluten-free and others are marked as GF. Always check the allergen section on each product page.
Do you use refined sugar?
No. We use jaggery, maple syrup or fruit as sweeteners in most products.
Baked goods may contain sugar if the classic recipe requires it (and are labelled accordingly).
How should I store the nut butters and spreads?
Store in the refrigerator and always use a clean spoon. Natural oil separation is normal - just stir it back in.
How long do the cookies and Bundts stay fresh?
- Cookies: 10–14 days in an airtight container
- Bundts & loaves: 4–5 days refrigerated
- Granolas & brittles: 3 months in an airtight container
My product looks slightly different from last time. Why?
OTT products are handmade in small batches using real ingredients — natural variation is part of the charm.
Are your dog treats safe for all breeds?
Yes , all doggie treats are made with dog-safe ingredients and tested (and approved!) by Chess, our Chief Treat Officer.
If your dog has allergies, please check the ingredient list before feeding.
Do you offer custom flavours?
For private events or large orders, yes! Write to us and we’ll see what we can create together.

Can I place a bulk or corporate order?

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because we sell perishable goods, we cannot accept returns.
However, if something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped.

Yes, we ship across India. Shipping time varies by location but is usually 3–7 working days.
What are your delivery rates?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
