We ship our small-batch products with care so they reach you fresh and intact.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India, excluding certain remote locations where courier access may be limited.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
During peak seasons, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

3. Delivery Timeline

Delivery usually takes:

  • 3–5 working days for metro cities
  • 5–7 working days for other locations

Delays caused by weather, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control, but we will support you wherever possible.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight
  • Delivery location

Any available promotions or free-shipping thresholds will be clearly communicated on the website.

5. Tracking

A tracking link will be shared via email/SMS once the order has been dispatched.

6. Failed Deliveries

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts, or
  • Refusal to accept the package

we can reship at the customer’s cost.

7. Heat-Sensitive Products

Some items (like chocolate-based products) may soften slightly in high temperatures. This does not affect quality or taste.
