As our products are perishable, please take a moment to read our returns and refunds policy.
1. No Returns on Perishable Goods
Due to the nature of our products (food items), we are unable to accept returns.
This ensures the safety and quality of all items we send out.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:

- Order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will happily arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been dispatched.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original method of payment.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after dispatch
- Products stored improperly after delivery
- Items reported damaged beyond the 24-hour window
- Taste preferences (as flavour can be subjective)
